- Can I order and pay by cheque or bank transfer?
Yes, place your order as normal and select 'Postal Order Form' as your payment type. Then in the 'Your comments' box tell us how your going to pay. Then you can print your order form, which includes our bank details. If your paying by bank transfer use your order number as the reference or by cheque, write your order number on the back.
- Whats the refunds / exchange policy?
Our refund / exchange policy is in-line with the UK Sale of Goods Act 1979. We will refund or exchanged damaged items and pay the postage. We will also consider refunding items at our discretion, but we will not pay postage. We like to be as fair as possible and consider all requests on a case by case basis.
- When do you deliver?
We try to dispatch the same day where possible. We use Royal Mail first class post for UK deliveries.
- What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via Pay Pal or Google checkout, which take all major credit cards. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer via the 'Postal Order Form' payment type.
- Why can't I pay with Google Checkout?
The whole idea behind google checkout is allow customer not to have to provide their details to every store they purchase from. If you've reached the 'Please choose your payment method' page (within the checkout process) you've created an account on our site. If you log out and click 'view cart' the google checkout option will be shown.
- PayPal eChecks or eCheques
If you use a bank account to fund your PayPal account or pay for your item with an eCheck / eCheque, PayPal takes several business days to process this transaction. Until PayPal has cleared your payment we are unable to process your order.
